Ingredients
- 1 cup jasmine or basmati rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro choppec
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 bay leaf
How To Make cilantro lime rice

Step 1Saute the rice in oil for 3 minutes. Add the water and bay leaf and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover and simmer 20 minutes until water is absorbed. Turn off heat and let rice sit covered 15 more minutes.

Step 2Mix the salt with the lime juice. Remove and discard bay leaf. Mix lime juice and cilantro in the rice. Fluff with fork.
