How to Make Chinese Fried Rice
- Cook rice in water. Bring to a boil and put cover on pan. Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. In a skillet, put butter and sauce and onions for 3 minutes, then add rice and stir over medium heat until lightly brown. Then mix 1/4 cup water and soy sauce and stir into rice. Add egg and scramble lightly. Will serve 4 to 5 people.
