chinese fried rice

I had an exchange student from China and she told me that in China they don't have written recipes so when she was cooking I watched her and wrote down what she did. The measurements are guesstimates since she never measured anything. She always made the rice the day before and spread it on a plate and would leave it on the counter covered all night. I did eventually talk her into putting it in the refrigerator! Before she cooked this for us at home, we took her to a couple of Chinese restaurants and she would say to us "This is not Chinese food!"

Ingredients
- 2 cups rice (make this the day before)
- 6-8 - baby carrots chopped
- 2/3 - green pepper chopped
- 1/2 - medium cucumber chopped
- 3 - green onions chopped
- 4 - eggs
- 1/3 - of a kielbasa cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 1//2 cup frozen peas
How To Make chinese fried rice

Step 1Take 4 eggs and mix with green onion and pinch of salt

Step 2Mix egg mixture with rice

Step 3put oil in wok and cook and all vegetables and meat. Cook for 3 minutes. Remove from wok.

Step 4Put oil in wok and cook rice mixture in wok. Add vegetable and meat mixture and stir with rice.
