Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1 1/3 cups minute rice
- 3 teaspoons butter or oleo
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
How To Make chinese fried rice

Step 1Bring 1c water to boil in a sauce pan, stir in rice. Remove from heat, cover let set 5 minutes. Meanwhile cook egg in butter in a 10" skillet until set. Add onion and rice cook and stir over medium heat until rice and onion are lightly brown, about 5 minutes. Combine remaining water and soy sauce stir into rice. Serves about 4.
