Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 - chicken bouillon cubes, crumbled
- 2 cups milk
- 3 cups cooked cubed chicken
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup gratedcheddar cheese
How To Make chicken, cheddar, & rice bake

Step 1Melt butter in 3 quart saucepan.

Step 2Blend in flour and bouillon

Step 3Gradually stir in milk.

Step 4Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until boil.

Step 5Spread rice in bottom of baking dish.

Step 6Spoon the chicken mixture over rice

Step 7Sprinkle cheese over all.

Step 8Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
