Great recipe for store roasted chicken. Also for pre cooked rice

    chicken bouillon cubes, crumbled
  • 2 c
  • 3 c
    cooked cubed chicken
  • 1/2 lb
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 c
    cooked rice
  • 1 c
    gratedcheddar cheese

How to Make Chicken, Cheddar, & Rice Bake


  1. Melt butter in 3 quart saucepan.
  2. Blend in flour and bouillon
  3. Gradually stir in milk.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until boil.
  5. Spread rice in bottom of baking dish.
  6. Spoon the chicken mixture over rice
  7. Sprinkle cheese over all.
  8. Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
