3chicken bouillon cubes, crumbled
3 ccooked cubed chicken
1/2 lbfresh mushrooms, sliced
4 ccooked rice
1 cgratedcheddar cheese
How to Make Chicken, Cheddar, & Rice Bake
- Melt butter in 3 quart saucepan.
- Blend in flour and bouillon
- Gradually stir in milk.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until boil.
- Spread rice in bottom of baking dish.
- Spoon the chicken mixture over rice
- Sprinkle cheese over all.
- Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
