I get tired of the same old potato side dishes. That's why I like to switch off to rice. I highly recommend brown rice for its flavor. After I ate brown rice, I've not eaten white rice since. This recipe is a great side dish and it is lower in calories. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
- 3 - green onions with tops, diced
- 1 cup cottage cheese, lowfat, lightly drained
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons skim milk
- 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
How To Make brown rice 'n' cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 1-qt baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2Mix together all ingredients in bowl. Then pour into prepared baking dish. Bake 20 min.

Step 3Can use small pasta instead of rice if desired.
