I get tired of the same old potato side dishes. That's why I like to switch off to rice. I highly recommend brown rice for its flavor. After I ate brown rice, I've not eaten white rice since. This recipe is a great side dish and it is lower in calories. Enjoy!

Ingredients

2 1/2 c
cooked brown rice
3
green onions with tops, diced
1 c
cottage cheese, lowfat, lightly drained
1 tsp
dried dill weed
1/4 c
grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp
skim milk
1 tsp
low-sodium soy sauce

How to Make BROWN RICE 'N' CHEESE

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 1-qt baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 2Mix together all ingredients in bowl. Then pour into prepared baking dish. Bake 20 min.
  • 3Can use small pasta instead of rice if desired.
