This is a quick and good side dish. Goes really good with ham.

  • 1 c
    white rice, uncooked
  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine
  • 1 can(s)
    beef bouillon soup, (campbells size)
  • 1 can(s)
    french onion soup
  • 1 can(s)
    sliced mushrooms

How to Make Brown Rice


  1. If you have a casserole dish that you can use on top of the stove as well as in the oven, use it. Otherwise, in a skillet melt butter, add rice and cook until rice is browned just a little bit. Add remaining ingredients.
  2. Bake at 350 oven for 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Serve.
