white rice, uncooked
1 stick
butter or margarine
1 can(s)
beef bouillon soup, (campbells size)
1 can(s)
french onion soup
1 can(s)
sliced mushrooms

How to Make Brown Rice


  • 1If you have a casserole dish that you can use on top of the stove as well as in the oven, use it. Otherwise, in a skillet melt butter, add rice and cook until rice is browned just a little bit. Add remaining ingredients.
  • 2Bake at 350 oven for 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Serve.
