- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 can beef bouillon soup, (campbells size)
- 1 can french onion soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms

Step 1If you have a casserole dish that you can use on top of the stove as well as in the oven, use it. Otherwise, in a skillet melt butter, add rice and cook until rice is browned just a little bit. Add remaining ingredients.

Step 2Bake at 350 oven for 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Serve.
