Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 large bunch fresh broccoli, blanced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup kraft cheez whiz
- 2 cups cooked, white rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make broccoli-rice & cheese casserole

Step 1In a deep skillet, melt butter over medium heat. When butter is melted, add onion. Saute until softened. Add chopped broccoli and sautee for a minute or two longer.

Step 2Add the soup, milk, rice and cheez whiz to vegetable mixture.

Step 3Pour into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup grated cheddar. Bake at 350(F) degrees for 15-20 minutes.
