- 2 packages broccoli (chopped)
- 1 cup rice (before cooking)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 pound velveeta cheese, cubed
How To Make broccoli-rice casserole

Step 1Cook broccoli and rice separately. Drain both well and stir together in casserole dish. Add soup, milk and cheese to the hot mixture. Mix well.
