Ingredients
- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 1 - fresh broccol florets
- 2-3 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make broccoli and cheese rice

Step 1Prepare rice according to package directions. Jasmine rice is usually 1 1/2 water to one cup rice, cooked for 15 minutes)

Step 2While rice is cooking, chop the broccoli into little pieces and add to pot 5 minutes before rice is done.

Step 3Once rice is done, remove lid, and stir in cheese. Season with salt and pepper if desired
