This is a easy one pot meal! We love the cheesey gooey rice and broccoli!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 1 - fresh broccol florets
  • 2-3 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make broccoli and cheese rice

  • Step 1
    Prepare rice according to package directions. Jasmine rice is usually 1 1/2 water to one cup rice, cooked for 15 minutes)
  • Step 2
    While rice is cooking, chop the broccoli into little pieces and add to pot 5 minutes before rice is done.
  • Step 3
    Once rice is done, remove lid, and stir in cheese. Season with salt and pepper if desired
