How to Make Beer Rice

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over moderate heat.
  • 2Add rice and brown lightly, stirring constantly.
  • 3Add the broth and beer.
  • 4Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat and cover tightly and simmer for 25 minutes.
