Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can beer, not lite
- 1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
How To Make beer rice

Step 1Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over moderate heat.

Step 2Add rice and brown lightly, stirring constantly.

Step 3Add the broth and beer.

Step 4Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat and cover tightly and simmer for 25 minutes.
