cooked rice
salt and pepper to taste

basil

tomato sauce
extra-sharp shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make BAKED RICE MILANESE

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Mix onions, water, and butter in skillet. Stirring, Cook over med heat until water evaporates.
  • 2Add bell pepper, rice, seasonings, and tomato sauce. Turn the mixture into a greased 11/2 qt. casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake for 20 min.
