Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c
    long grain rice
  • 3 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/3 c
    butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    parsley flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Baked Rice

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a 2 quart casserole.
  2. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Fluff with fork.
