- 1 1/2 cups long grain rice
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make baked rice

Step 1Combine all ingredients together in a 2 quart casserole.

Step 2Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Fluff with fork.
