- 1 tablespoon (heaping) flour
- 1 tablespoon (heaping( butter
- 1/3 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups grated cheese
How To Make baked cheese and rice

Step 1Preheat oven 350.

Step 2Make a white sauce with the flour, butter, white pepper & milk in a saucepan.

Step 3In a deep baking dish place alternate layers of rice, sauce and cheese ending layers with cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes, until browned.
