bacon medley fried rice
The sixth recipe of the famous bacon medley of mine. I created fried rice. It is very good with some sides of imperial chicken and egg rolls.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 pound thick sliced bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium purple onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup honey mustard
- 2 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons steak seasoning
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 3 cups chilled cooked white rice
- 4 large eggs, beaten
How To Make bacon medley fried rice

Step 1Heat sesame oil in a medium saucepan over high heat.

Step 2Add raw bacon pieces, diced red and yellow peppers, and chopped purple onion. Cook and saute for 6 minutes or until the bacon pieces are brown and crispy and the vegetables are tender.

Step 3Stir in honey mustard, teriyaki sauce, steak seasoning, and brown sugar; stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Step 4Add cooked white rice; stir-fry for 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Push the rice mixture to the sides of the saucepan, forming a well in the center.

Step 5Add beaten eggs to center of the saucepan and cook 30 seconds; toss with rice mixture. Stir-fry until the eggs are cooked.
