  • 1 can(s)
    sliced mushrooms (drained)
  • 1 can(s)
    sliced or diced water chesnuts (drained)
  • 2/3 can(s)
    water ( use soup can)
  • 3/4 stick
    margarine

How to Make Aunt Mary's Rice Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. melt margarine in baking casserole. Add all ingredients and cover.Bake in a 350 oven or until all liquid is absorbed and rice is fluffy.
  2. *** can add 1 cup frozen peas in last 5-7 minutes
