- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can french onion soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms (drained)
- 1 can sliced or diced water chesnuts (drained)
- 2/3 can water ( use soup can)
- 3/4 stick margarine
How To Make aunt mary's rice casserole

Step 1melt margarine in baking casserole. Add all ingredients and cover.Bake in a 350 oven or until all liquid is absorbed and rice is fluffy.

Step 2*** can add 1 cup frozen peas in last 5-7 minutes
