Zippy Garlic Potatoes, (Papas Asadas al Ajillo)

Juliann Esquivel

My mom would do these up in no time. These potatoes bake up fast with great flavor and zippy spice. They go great with any meat, or chicken dish. They are always a hit at our house. Enjoy
