Do not remember where I got this recipe but I get tired of fixing things the same old way. So if you would like something different then try this on for a change.

  • 5 large
    potatoes, washed, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 pkg
    dry wishbone italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesean cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 jar(s)
    garlic salt, optional

How to Make Zesty Potatoes


  1. Place potatoes, cut side up, on baking sheet. Pierce cut side with fork and rub with butter, just enough for dry ingredients will stick. Mix dressing mix and parmesean cheese together and sprinkle onto buttered side of potato. Add dash of garlic salt if desired. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Serve warm with butter and sour cream.
