yummy balls from leftover potatoes
didn't want potatoes pancakes nor did I want to reheat mashed potatoes so I tried something different. These potato, parmesan, onion, corn balls were a wonderful way to use leftover potatoes. Eric dubed them "The yummy balls"

Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover potatoes (i used both garlic potato chunks and mashed)
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 - leftover corn on the cob, de-cobbed
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2/3 teaspoon garlic powder
- - seasoned bread crumbs
How To Make yummy balls from leftover potatoes

Step 1Mix everything but the seasoned bread crumbs together and taking tablespoon sized chunks roll them in the seasoned bread crumbs. then fry in a pan until all sides are brown and cooked through.
