Yummy Balls from leftover potatoes
These potato, parmesan, onion, corn balls were a wonderful way to use leftover potatoes.
Eric dubed them "The yummy balls"
2 cleftover potatoes (i used both garlic potato chunks and mashed)
1/3 cparmesan cheese
1leftover corn on the cob, de-cobbed
1/4 cdiced onion
2/3 tspgarlic powder
·seasoned bread crumbs
How to Make Yummy Balls from leftover potatoes
- Mix everything but the seasoned bread crumbs together and taking tablespoon sized chunks roll them in the seasoned bread crumbs. then fry in a pan until all sides are brown and cooked through.
