How to Make your own steak friez!!!

Step-by-Step

  1. you wash two russet potatoes really well, you can skin them if you like i just prefer not too, cut the potato into slivers like fries, wash again. then let dry.
  2. in a bowl combine all the seasoning and oil and mix with your hands until evenly coated. Then rip a piece of foil or use a pan and spray with pam to prevent sticking, then put in the oven. Now for people who have a conventional oven press the button that says broil high, for the people that have regular ovens mabe 250 to 300 degrees or at your own discretion. the potatoes are to cook for 10 to 15 min or until brownish on each side, while they are cooking cut up leftover steak. when the potatoes are finished plate them then sprinkle the steak on top and top with a handful of cheese and top with either guacamole (which i made myself) hotsauce or whatever you deem delicious.
