Ingredients
- 3 pounds peeled and dices potatoes (about six)
- 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 1/4 cups cauliflower
- 1 bunch of fresh chives chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make yogurt whipped potatoes

Step 1Cover the potatoes and cauliflower with cold water ( enough to cover by at least 2 inches) and add a teaspoon of salt. Bring potatoes and cauliflower to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until tender. Drain potatoes and cauliflower, mash with masher and whip them with a stiff whisk. Whisk in yogurt, chives, butter and salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
