Yogurt Whipped Potatoes

3 lbpeeled and dices potatoes (about six)

3/4 cplain greek yogurt

1 1/4 ccauliflower

1 bunchof fresh chives chopped

4 Tbspbutter

How to Make Yogurt Whipped Potatoes
- Cover the potatoes and cauliflower with cold water ( enough to cover by at least 2 inches) and add a teaspoon of salt. Bring potatoes and cauliflower to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until tender. Drain potatoes and cauliflower, mash with masher and whip them with a stiff whisk. Whisk in yogurt, chives, butter and salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
