  • 24 oz
    frozen hash browns
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 c
    chopped onions
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c
    crushed cornflakes
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 10 oz
    grated cheddar cheese

How to Make Wonderful Potatoes, Ma


  1. Thaw potatoes. Mix sour cream, chicken soup, cheese, onions, salt and pepper. Add potatoes. Put in 3 quart buttered casserole. Cover with crushed cornflakes and pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
