"wok mashed potatoes"
This is a variation of the traditional mashed potatoes, is completely made in heat. I've never seen before mashed potatoes in this style, so I think are unique. I liked, so different and good. Enjoy this side. :D

Ingredients
- 3 - pre cooked potatoes in dice
- 2 ounces small dice onion
- 2 ounces small dice green bell pepper
- 1 - piece of garlic chopped
- 3 ounces butter
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- - olive oil
- - salt and pepper
How To Make "wok mashed potatoes"

Step 1In a hot wok add olive oil and the potatoes, move the potatoes constantly until begin to break. Add the onions, peppers, garlic, salt and pepper in constantly moving (when you cook in a wok you never stop move the food and cook in hi fire). Start to mash the potatos in the wok and add the rosemary, italian seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper and the butter, mix and complete the potato mashed. Diferent and so easy to make.
