    red onion sliced
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1 c
    dry white wine
  • 2
    bay leaves
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced

    fresh curly parsley chopped

How to Make Wine Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with Onions


  1. Preheat oven 375 degrees. In a roasting pan add the potatoes and onions. with the olive oil, wine, garlic, bay leaves and season with salt
  2. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake until the potatoes are very tender and lightly glazed
  3. Garnish with parsley
