- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- salt
- fresh curly parsley chopped

Step 1Preheat oven 375 degrees. In a roasting pan add the potatoes and onions. with the olive oil, wine, garlic, bay leaves and season with salt

Step 2Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake until the potatoes are very tender and lightly glazed
