Ingredients

2 cans (15 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
1/2 - stick margrine or butter melted
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup miniature marsmallows

How To Make whipped sweet potatoes

Step 1

Combine sweet potatoes, margarine and orange juice in mixing bowl.

Step 2

Beat till fluffy. Fold in marshmallows.
Step 3

Spoon into a buttered 2-quart casserole.
Step 4

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Step 5

You might want to sprinkle additional marshmallows and broil until lightly browned.
