How to Make Volcano Potatoes
- 1Pare potatoes.
Cook, drain, and mash.
Season with salt and pepper
Whip potatoes with enough hot milk to make light and fluffy
- 2Pile into greased 8 inch round baking dish, mounding into volcano shape.
Make a crater in the center.
- 3Fold cheese into whipped whipping cream and pour over top.
Bake at 350 F about 20 minutes, or till lightly browned.
