Ingredients
- 3 large sweet potatoes scrubbed clean
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and cinnamon
- STREUSEL TOPPING
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
How To Make twice baked sweet potatoes with walnut streusel

Step 1Prick the sweet potatoes with a fork and place in a preheated 350 degree oven. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove the sweet potato and set aside to cool a bit. Cut the sweet potatoes in half and scoop out the insides keeping the skins intact.

Step 2Place the skins on a baking sheet. Mash the sweet potato with the brown sugar, butter, salt and cinnamon. Place back into the skins.

Step 3Mix the ingredients for topping together. Sprinkle on top of each sweet potato half. Bake another 25 minutes.
