I am in charge of the sweet potatoes for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is hard to believe we are quickly approaching the holiday seasoning. I've made these several times and everyone loved them.

Ingredients
- 4 - sweet potatoes
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 10oz cans crushed pineapple, drained
- 4 tablespoons chopped pecans
How To Make twice baked sweet potatoes with raisins and pineapple

Step 1Wash sweet potatoes. Place in a 400F oven and bake for 1hr.

Step 2Remove potatoes and let cool for 15 minutes. Scoop potatoes in a casserole dish and add, raisins, brown sugar, butter, ground cinnamon & pineapple. Mash and blend well. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 400f for 15 minutes.
