Ingredients

  • 6 - potatoes
  • 1 - 8 oz packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • - milk
  • - seasoning salt to taste
  • - onion salt to taste
  • - cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make twice baked potatoes

  • Step 1
    Bake potatoes for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cut potatoes in half the long way and scoop out potatoes saving shells. Place shells in sprayed baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Mix potatoes with cream cheese, margarine, seasoning salt and onion salt. Add milk until desired consistency.
  • Step 3
    Spoon potato mixture back into potato skins.
  • Step 4
    Top with grated cheddar cheese. Bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees with foil on top to prevent from over browning.
  • Step 5
    HINT: You can prepare this recipe and freeze ahead for convenience.
