Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes (2 lb.)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch style dressing
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make twice baked potatoes

Step 1Pierce potatoes in several places with tip of sharp knife.

Step 2Bake at 400 degrees for 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until tender Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.

Step 3Immediately cut a thin slice off top of potato; scoop out centers, leaving 1/4 inch thick shells.

Step 4Beat potato pulp, ranch dressing, butter, cheddar cheese, green onion, and sour cream with mixer until well blended. Spoon into shells; top with the parmesan cheese.

Step 5Bake 20 minutes.

Step 6Potatoes can be baked in the microwave. Pierce potatoes, then microwave on high 12 to 14 minutes, turning after 6 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stuff potato shells, then bake in oven as directed.
