- 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pound bacon, cooked & crumbled
How To Make twice baked potatoe casserole

Step 1wash & dry potatoes poke with fork place 3 in micro cook 8-9 mins until fork tender do the next 3 cool dice.

Step 2grease a 9x9 baking pan i use the bacon fat for this layer potatoes,bacon,sour cream 1/2 the margarine 1/2 of cheese repeat layer ending with cheese bake 350 55 mins.
