Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds yukon gold potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 3 ounces black truffle butter at room temp
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
How To Make truffled mashed potatoes

Step 1Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks. Place in boiling salted water and cook until soft. Drain and put through a ricer

Step 2While the potatoes are cooking. Add the half and half and the 6 tbsp butter to a saucepan. Cook until the butter melts. Take off the heat and add the truffle butter and let it melt. Stir in the Parmesan cheese.

Step 3Pour the half and half butter mixture over the potatoes and stir to whip them. Season with salt and pepper to taste
