    Russet potatoes, peeled and sliced into french fries
  • oil for deep frying
  • salt, for serving
  • truffle oil, for serving
  • shredded Parmesan cheese, for serving

How To Make truffle fries with parmesan

    Heat the oil to 350 degrees F. Place the fries in the oil in batches. Cook about 3 to 5 minutes, depending on how thick they are.

    Drain the fries on paper towels.

    Drizzle the truffle oil over the fries. Then sprinkle on salt and Parmesan.
