- - salt, for serving
- truffle oil, for serving
- shredded Parmesan cheese, for serving
How To Make truffle fries with parmesan

Step 1Heat the oil to 350 degrees F. Place the fries in the oil in batches. Cook about 3 to 5 minutes, depending on how thick they are.

Step 2Drain the fries on paper towels.

Step 3Drizzle the truffle oil over the fries. Then sprinkle on salt and Parmesan.
