  • 1
    (40 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
  • 3/4 c
    crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    orange juice
  • 1/4 c
    raisins
  • 1/4 c
    flaked coconut
  • 1/4 c
    pecan pieces
  • 2 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How to Make TROPICAL SWEET POTATOES

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 2-quart casserole with non-stick cooking spray.
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Combine well.
    Pour into the casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.
