I have a large family so that is why there is so much BUT even if you have a small family you can put leftovers in fridge they are great the next day or you could make potato cakes out of them etc....GREAT for get togethers,holidays, pot luck etc. Very Easy and Cheap you will be the one with the hit recipe the question is are you going to share it :D

Ingredients

5 pounds bag yellow or gold potatoes
3/4 cup hidden valley ranch dressing
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup hormel real bacon bits and pieces
1/2 stick butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup milk
1 bunch green onions or chives

How To Make tiffany's ranch it up loaded mashed potatoes!

Step 1

Peel and wash potatoes then dice them, add them to a large cooking pot with water just over them. Cook on Medium until they are really fork tender. Drain.

Step 2

Place cooked potatoes in a large mixing bowl or back into the pot and mash them. Once mashed toss in all other ingredients EXCEPT the green onion/chives. Mix all together.
Step 3

Start plating the potatoes add chives to the tops of those who want them....ENJOY!
