Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning mix, reduced sodium
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup salsa, heat of your choice
- 8 ounces corn kernels, frozen, thawed
- 1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
- 32 ounces mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1 - 30 oz bags tater tots, thawed
How To Make the lone ranger casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Brown & drain your ground beef. Stir in the taco seasoning, water & salsa. Add the corn & black beans & cook until hot & bubbly.

Step 2Place meat/corn/bean mixture in the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle 2 C cheese over the meat. Place tater tots ontop of the cheese. Bake 30 minutes.

Step 3Sprinkle the remaining 2 C cheese over the tots & broil until cheese is melted & getting a bit brown. Tater tots should be nice & crispy by then.
