How to Make The Best Cottage Fries Ever
- 1Scrub potato, cut into wedges.
- 2Soak potato slices in hot water for 10 minutes or cold water for 1 hour.
- 3Pat potatos dry. Lightly oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. You can use spray oil too!
- 4Preheat over to 475 degrees. Cover fries with foil and bake for 5 minutes.
- 5Uncover and continue cooking for 15 minutes. Turn potatos over and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
