~ tender seasoned air-fried baby potatoes ~
My family just loves when I make these potatoes. The outside is crispy like a baked potato, yet tender, sweet inside. I gave you the spices I usually use, but feel free to use what you like. Also, I don’t measure spices, I’m guessing a couple pinches of each spice is about right. I have used many spice combinations, and they always turn out perfect! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 24 ounces bag of mixed baby potatoes
- 1/8 teaspoon each - paprika, tony chacheres cajun seasoning, garlic salt, onion powder, uncle charlie's season salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make ~ tender seasoned air-fried baby potatoes ~

Step 1Preheat air fryer to 400..

Step 2Place potatoes ( whole, I don’t slice into) in a gallon size plastic baggie. Pour in the olive oil. Close baggie and massage potatoes to coat w/oil. Sprinkle in your spices...shake bag to coat evenly. Pour into air fryer. Set timer for 25 minutes. Shake basket half way through cooking time. Once timer goes off, test with a fork or knife making sure are fork tender. All air fryers are different. Mine are actually perfect at 20 minutes.
