Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can mushroom pieces, drained
- 3/4 can milk
- 1 pound tater-tots
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make tater-tot casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Meanwhile, brown ground beef, onion and green pepper,in skillet, season with salt and pepper. Add soup, milk and mushrooms to ground beef. Invert burger mixture into a 9x13 inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Layer with tater-tots then sprinkle with shredded cheese then bake in 350 oven for about 30 minutes.
