Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons grated onion, optional
- 1/4 cup canola oil (or oil of your choice)
- - salt and pepper
How To Make tater cakes

Step 1Mix potatoes, egg, onion, salt & pepper. Shape into patties and dredge in flour. Heat the oil in a skillet. When hot, brown patties on both sides.
