With Thanksgiving coming up I though I would post an old recipe I am sure everyone has, but if not here goes.

Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed sweetpotatoes, i use canned sometimes
- 2 - eggs
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cimmamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- TOPPING
- 3/4 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 stick butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make sweetpotato casserole

Step 1Mix together all the ingredients listed before the Topping list and put into a casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees

Step 2Topping: melt butter in sauce pan and add the rest of the ingredients for the topping. Mix well.

Step 3Remove casserole from oven after 20 minutes and spread on the topping mixture and return to oven for 10 minutes longer.

Step 4If I used canned sweetpotatoes, I drain them very well.
