apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 c

brown sugar
1/4 c

honey
1/2 c

chopped pecans
1/2 tsp

cinnamon, ground
2 Tbsp

butter
1 Tbsp

cornstarch

How To Make sweet potatoes & apples

Boil sweet potatoes until almost done. Cool, peel and slice in a 9X9 casserole dish.

Place apples over sweet potatoes.

In a saucepan cook the brown sugar, honey, pecans, cinnamon, butter and cornstarch until thick.

Pour this mixture over the apples and sweet potatoes.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
