Ingredients
- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup brn sugar (if not canned potatoes) ½ c if canned
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- TOPPING
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup nuts i use pecans =)
How To Make sweet potatoe casserole

Step 1Mash sweet potatoes, brn sugar, butter, eggs, allspice and cinnamon together put in baking pan.

Step 2Mix topping all together and sprinkle on top of sweet potatoe mixture

Step 3Bake 30 minutes in 350 oven

Step 4You can boil fresh sweet potatoes then mash or you can use can sweet potatoes...this will of course alter the time it takes to prepare your dish. I always boil and use fresh though.
