Ingredients
- CASSEROLE
- 3 cups sweet potatoes, mashed (peeled and cooked)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup coconut, (bagged already cut)
- 1 cup brown sugar, light
- 1/3 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 stick butter
How To Make sweet potatoe casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 300.

Step 2Drain boiled potatoes, place in bowl, add all the casserole ingredients to the potatoes,then mash all ingredients together that way the flavors blend together beautifully. Place in a lightly greased 13 inch x 9 inch pan. Make sure the mixture is kind of even.

Step 3Mix together the topping mixture, pour onto of the casserole evenly. Bake at 300 for 35 mins. Top should be a golden brown color, Don't over cook.

Step 4Cool for about 10 mins, then enjoy.
