How to Make Sweet Potato Wedges
- Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Cut each half lengthwise into thirds.
- Place potatoes in a bowl; add olive oil, salt, and red pepper. Toss to coat.
- Arrange potato wedges on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray; bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Turn potatoes; bake 10 to 12 minutes more or until tender.
