- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
How To Make sweet potato wedges

Step 1Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Cut each half lengthwise into thirds.

Step 2Place potatoes in a bowl; add olive oil, salt, and red pepper. Toss to coat.

Step 3Arrange potato wedges on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray; bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Turn potatoes; bake 10 to 12 minutes more or until tender.
