1/2 c

oats, uncooked
1/4 c
3/4 c
pecans, finely chopped

How to Make Sweet Potato Streusel Casserole


  • 1Bake potatoes until tender; split, then scoop pulp into large bowl, discarding skins.
  • 2Melt 1/4 cup butter and beat into potatoes.
  • 3Beat in eggs, milk, 1/4 cup brown sugar, bourbon, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg; spread into lightly greased 1 1/2 quart broiler safe casserole.
  • 4Combine remaining 1/2 cup brown sugar, oats and flour in a small bowl.
  • 5Cut in remaining 1/4 cup butter until mixture is size of peas; stir in pecans and sprinkle over potato mixture.
  • 6Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes or until heated through.
  • 7TIP: For crisper topping, broil 4-5 inches from heat for 3 minutes or until browned.
