This is a delightful recipe that makes a great presentation. Easy to make and great to eat. This recipe was found in an insert from a local grocery. It was included in their "Ultimate tailgate party planner" section. Enjoy! (I'm going to try this under a broiler next time. Will post pictures then.) Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3 - large sweet potatoes, peeled & cut into 3/4 inch thick slices
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon mesquite seasoning
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup pecans, chooped
- 1/4 - cooked bacon pieces
- 2 teaspoons white balsamic glaze

Step 1Preheat grill.

Step 2Combine potatoes, oil and seasonings until evenly coated.

Step 3Place slices on grill.

Step 4Grill 4-5 minutes on each side or until tender and golden.

Step 5Place potatoes on a serving dish.

Step 6Combine remaining ingredients. Top potatoes with this mixture.

Step 7Drizzle with more glaze, if desired.
