Ingredients

4 c
sweet potatoes, mashed
1 stick
butter
1 c
sugar
2
eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c
milk
1 Tbsp
vanilla or butternut flavoring
large marshmallows, cut in 1/2

OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS

pecans, broken

How to Make Sweet Potato Souffle

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • 2In a large mixing bowl - Mix all ingredients except marshmallows
  • 3Spread mixture into a 2-quart baking dish
  • 4Top with halves of large marshmallows
  • 5(optional) Sprinkle with broken pecans
  • 6Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until marshmallows are browned
