Ingredients
- 4 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla or butternut flavoring
- - large marshmallows, cut in 1/2
- OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
- - pecans, broken
How To Make sweet potato souffle

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Step 2In a large mixing bowl - Mix all ingredients except marshmallows

Step 3Spread mixture into a 2-quart baking dish

Step 4Top with halves of large marshmallows

Step 5(optional) Sprinkle with broken pecans

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until marshmallows are browned
