Ingredients

  • 3 c
    mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 c
    canned milk
  • 1/2 stick
    margarine (melted)
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • FOR TOPPING

  • 1 c
    chopped nuts
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 stick
    margarine

How to Make Sweet Potato Souffle

Step-by-Step

  1. Put all 7 ingredients together in blender or mix well with mixer. Pour into baking dish. Top with topping mixture. Bake in 10"x10" at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
